A graduate of Penrose Academy in Scottsdale, AZ, Claudia is passionate about blonding and custom color and is always eager to learn from the talented team around her. Originally from Northern California, she brings a strong work ethic and creativity to everything she does—both in the salon and beyond.

Outside of work, Claudia has a culinary degree and loves to cook when she’s not assisting in the salon. When she’s not perfecting her skills or whipping up a delicious meal, you’ll probably find her at Glamis Sand Dunes, tearing it up in her side-by-side and embracing adventure.

Specializing in hand-tied extensions and all things color, Brooke brings over 3 years of experience behind the chair. Her passion goes far beyond hair — she loves building lasting relationships with her clients and helping them feel confident and beautiful every time they leave the salon.

Originally from Washington and now calling Arizona home, Brooke is always seeking to grow her skills and stay inspired in the ever-evolving beauty industry.

When she’s not creating gorgeous transformations, you’ll find her spending time with her dachshund, Fynn (her absolute favorite sidekick), exploring new fashion trends, cooking up new recipes, traveling, or enjoying the outdoors. A true foodie at heart, she loves discovering new flavors and sharing her adventures.

Kassidy has called Arizona home her entire life, growing up in Payson before bringing her talent and creativity to the Valley. She specializes in lived-in color and blonding services, crafting looks that are natural, low-maintenance, and full of dimension. Her goal with every appointment is to create a personalized experience where clients feel truly comfortable, cared for, and confident.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll likely find Kassidy traveling, browsing online shops, or enjoying her favorite drink—an iced Caramel Blondie with caramel drizzle from Black Rock. Her easygoing energy and attention to detail make her a stylist who connects deeply with her clients, leaving them feeling refreshed and glowing inside and out. Scarlett's love for hair started young—she’s always been drawn to beauty and styling—and now she’s excited to turn that passion into a career with endless room to grow. Scarlett loves connecting with guests, learning from the team, and building her skills every day. Kayla specializes in lived-in color and dimensional looks that stay beautiful, low-maintenance, and grow out seamlessly. She’s all about building genuine connections and making every guest feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Kayla believes great hair should feel easy and natural—something that fits into your life, not something you have to work around. She’s committed to honest conversations, protecting the integrity of your hair, and creating results that leave you feeling refreshed and confident when you walk out the door.

Outside of the salon, Kayla is married to her best friend and is a mama to two sweet boys (ages 4½ and 4 months), plus her 8-month-old German Shepherd, Honey. Riley is part of the Guest Services Team at The Social Salon & Co., where she helps create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest who walks through the doors. As a longtime client of the salon before joining the team, Riley brings a genuine love for The Social Salon & Co. and understands firsthand what makes the client experience feel so special.

She loves connecting with people, helping guests feel comfortable, and being part of the excitement as clients get ready for their dream hair. Whether she is helping with scheduling, answering questions, or greeting guests when they arrive, Riley brings a friendly, positive energy to the front desk.

Outside of the salon, Riley is a proud wiener dog mom who loves working out, hiking, golfing, and traveling whenever she gets the chance. She also has a true appreciation for a good hair day and loves being surrounded by a team that helps clients feel confident and beautiful every day.
